Suite Living Senior Living To Celebrate 20 Years in Business

A special 20th Anniversary Mother’s Day open house will be celebrated by Suite Living Senior Living on Saturday May 12th from 11AM-3PM. Suite Living is Grant County’s only locally owned and operated senior living community. Eric and Jeannie Walts invite you to celebrate with them with free food, entertainment, door prizes, and a free gift for every mom who attends.
Suite Living Senior Living opened their doors in May of 1998. Located just three minutes west of Marion off Highway 18 and county road 400 W, Suite Living has provided independent living apartments as well as a full service assisted living facility to the citizens of Grant and surrounding counties. “We’ve experienced good growth by building 4 additional units of independent living apartments since we initially opened in 1998,” said Eric Walts, who serves as the Manager of the community. “Last year, we invested over $100,000.00 in renovations to the main facility which included new furniture, new carpeting, new equipment, and a renovated lobby space,” said Walts. “This year, we started renovating our independent living apartments by offering “designer apartments” that are inspired by the remodel shows on HGTV like Fixer Upper. We are so excited to show the public how beautiful our independent senior apartments are with new appliances, furnishes, and colors,” said Walts.
Suite Living is offering special pricing on their assisted living studio suites for the month of May. Suite Living is rolling back prices to 1998 and charging just $50 per day for our studio apartments or “Suites”. There are only have a handful available, and the open house would be a great time to come out and see our beautiful facility, taste our delicious food, and meet our staff.
