Indiana Wesleyan University to host 20,000 guests this summer

Indiana Wesleyan University will welcome an estimated 20,000 guests to the residential campus this
summer as it hosts a variety of camps, conferences and retreats. Events, which began in May and will run
through August, span focuses such as faith, athletics and academics. Two of the largest groups will be
Momentum Youth Conference, with an estimated attendance of 2,300, and Willow Creek Community
Church’s Sandblast youth conference, with an estimated attendance of 1,800.
Summer camps and conferences include, but are not limited to, the following:
• IWU Men’s Basketball Camp (youth) June 4 - 7
• Upward Bound June 10 - July 20
• Never the Same Camp June 11 - 15, June 17 - 21
• Unite for Student Success Symposium June 12
• IWU Football Camp (youth) June 14, June 15
• Examen June 16 - 30
• New Student Registration June 16
• Innovations in Faith-based Nursing Conference June 18 - 21
• IWU Women’s Basketball Shootout
(youth/college) June 22
• The Wildcat Summer Academy June 24 - 29
• IWU Marimba Seminar June 25 - 29
• IWU Soccer – Kids Camp June 25 - 29
• College Wesleyan Church Youth Camp July 9 - 12
• Christ in You MIX July 9 - 13
