CSA Theatre Company Presents Peter and the Starcatcher

A Whimsical Prequel to Peter Pan Soars Onto the Stage May 9–11, 2025

[Marion, IN] – The CSA Theatre Company is proud to present Peter and the Starcatcher, a Tony Award-winning play by Rick Elice with music by Wayne Barker. This magical and imaginative prequel to Peter Pan will take flight on stage for one unforgettable weekend—May 9 through May 11, 2025.

Based on the best-selling novel by Dave Barry and Ridley Pearson, Peter and the Starcatcher tells the story of a nameless orphan boy and his shipmate friends as they discover a mysterious substance called “starstuff”—a powerful element that grants wishes. Along the way, they encounter treacherous pirates, a courageous girl named Molly, and the flamboyantly villainous Black Stache in a wildly creative journey filled with humor, heart, and high-seas adventure.

Peter and the Starcatcher is a celebration of storytelling and imagination,” says Shelly Inskeep, CSA Executive Director. “It’s a show that invites audiences of all ages to embrace the magic of theater and discover how Peter became the boy who never grew up.”

With its fast-paced dialogue, inventive staging, and playful ensemble cast, this production is perfect for families, fans of classic tales, and anyone who believes in the power of wonder.
