Carey Services is proud to announce it has once again been awarded the 2026 Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health at the Gold level by Mental Health America (MHA), the nation’s leading nonprofit dedicated to promoting mental health, well-being, and illness prevention. This marks the organization’s second consecutive year receiving Gold-level recognition, reinforcing Carey Services’ deep and evolving commitment to creating a workplace culture where employees are supported, valued, and empowered.

The Bell Seal is one of the nation’s most prestigious certifications for workplace mental health, evaluating employers in four core areas: workplace culture, mental health benefits, caring beyond compliance, and holistic wellness. In 2026, Carey Services improved its overall score from 84% to 87%, with measurable advancements across all categories; particularly in workplace culture, which increased from 77% to 83%, and holistic wellness, which rose from 94% to 98%. These gains reflect the organization’s intentional focus on strengthening internal systems, leadership practices, and employee support structures.

“This recognition reflects more than a certification; it represents the intentional work we’ve done to listen to our employees, strengthen our systems, and continue building a culture rooted in safety, belonging, and growth,” said Olivia Kaplan, Director of Employee Success at Carey Services. “Our people are worthy of our best, and while we are proud to achieve Gold again, we are not finished! We are continuously raising the standard as we strive toward Platinum, because creating the healthiest possible workplace for our employees is a responsibility.”

As an organization dedicated to “Turning abilities into opportunities,” Carey Services understands that employee wellness directly impacts service excellence. By prioritizing its people, Carey Services continues to strengthen not only its workforce, but also the quality of care and support provided to individuals, families, and communities.
